By accessing or using the services provided by Googlify Design, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Googlify Design provides graphic design, branding, UI/UX, and web design services. Every project is unique and will be governed by a separate project brief or proposal that outlines the specific deliverables, timeline, and cost.
Googlify Design requires a deposit before starting any work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final assets are delivered. Due to the custom nature of our design work, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Upon final payment, the client owns the copyright to the final delivered assets. However, Googlify Design retains the right to use any work created for promotional purposes, including portfolios and case studies, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
In no event shall Googlify Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
